Our team of OTs can help you regain or improve your independence by supporting you with new ways of doing things, new techniques, making changes to your environments or using new technologies to help you achieve your goals.
Our occupational therapists will work with you to help you participate in the things you need to do, want to do and are expected to do.
Who is Occupational Therapy for?
OTs work with people of all ages – from childhood through to the elderly. They can help with learning difficulties, rehabilitation after an accident or with mental health concerns.
Our team can support you by:
- Finding new ways of doing activities to make them easier for you, like showering or dressing
- Changing your environment to suit your needs (home and environment modifications)
- Assessing and prescribe new equipment like wheelchairs
- Helping you find ways to participate in the things you enjoy
We also provide OT driver assessments – find out more here.
How do I refer into the program?
Our team of occupational therapists work across many towns in Central, Southern and Western NSW and North East Victoria. You can access an occupational therapist though:
- The NDIS
- Fee-for-service
