Healthy Ears

The Healthy Ears, Better Hearing, Better Listening (HEBHBL) program provides free access to diagnosis, treatment and management of hearing and ear health conditions for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young adults (0-21).

Our team also provide pathways to ongoing care if needed.

Who is HEBHBL for?

If you’re concerned about your child’s hearing, this program could be for you. You can access this program from our Dubbo office at 106 Talbragar Street, or we can arrange visits to locations including:
