How can a diabetes educator help?

If you need support understanding and managing your diabetes, our team of Credentialed Diabetes Educators are here to help by providing services for adults diagnosed with pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes.

We can support you to help you better understand and manage your blood sugar levels so you can continue to live a long and happy life with type 2 diabetes.

Who is diabetes management and support for?

Diabetes management and support is for adults diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or at risk of developing diabetes. We take a person-centred approach to your needs – supporting you to understand your blood sugar levels, risk factors, dietary needs, lifestyle changes and how to look after your mental wellbeing in the process.
