A new building for Christmas for Marathon Health and headspace Dubbo
With building work nearing completion, we are preparing to move into our permanent home at 206-214 Macquarie Street, Dubbo (the former National Australian Bank – NAB building).
In a first for our organisation, the new premises will mean all Dubbo staff, including the headspace Dubbo team for which we are the lead agency, will be located under the one roof.
Megan Callinan, CEO Marathon Health said the new building represents a significant investment into the organisation’s future, as it will comfortably house the existing Marathon Health and headspace sites and is custom-built with clinic rooms and telehealth space.
“We are grateful for the continued support from our local community, and partners, and extend our thanks to the many businesses we’ve partnered with to bring our new premises to life,” said Ms Callinan.
We also extend our thanks to Premise – who are overseeing the work, and BLD Constructions and their team of local trades:
- Blueline
- Western Plains Windows and Glass
- Ross Harris Painting
- Central West Fire & Safety
- Porch Electrical
- Crampton’s Carpet
- Powyer Plastering
- SS Tiling & Rendering
- Gavin Cummins Kitchens
- Sign Vision
- Smyths Structural Steel
- Astleys Plumbing & Hardware
- Reece Dubbo
- DCL Locksmiths & Security
- Dubbo Regional Alarms
- Perry’s Cleaning Services
We anticipate a slight disruption to service delivery as we physically move operations to the new premises – and remain committed to working with clients to ensure they have the support they need during this time.
From Monday 6 January, headspace Dubbo will relocate to the new Macquarie Street Centre, with client facing services resuming on Monday 13 January.
Marathon Health staff are set to move on Monday 13 January, with services resuming as normal in the Macquarie Street premises from Wednesday 15 January.
We would like to thank the community for their patience and support during this move and look forward to welcoming clients and stakeholders to the new Macquarie Street office in January 2025.
