We are always growing and to support this expansion, we are looking for a Team Lead to join our established Positive Behaviour Support team in either Albury or Bathurst, NSW. Our successful candidate will be someone who thrives on delivering quality services and demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities.

The Team Lead – Positive Behaviour Support role:

  • Responsible for the operational management of a team of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practitioners
  • Works with Portfolio Manager other Team Leads and Senior Practitioners to develop effective, efficient and high-quality PBS services
  • Efficiently manages resources through leading the participant intake and allocation process
  • Monitors and reports on performance targets and acts as a point of escalation of issues
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and maintains strong, positive working relationships.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Well-developed leadership skills and demonstrated experience in leading clinical teams
  • Current Registration or ability to achieve a core, proficient, advanced or specialist suitability as a positive behaviour support practitioner
  • Experience in leading teams to meet targets in an NDIS service delivery environment.
  • Ability to use clinical software packages and use new and advancing technologies to deliver health services
  • Proven skills in establishing effective workplace relationships with a range of stakeholders
