What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver top-tier, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are 100% person-centred, helping individuals smash their mental health goals in partnership with them and their GPs!
  • Create and roll out new mental health services tailored to the needs of our local communities, including Culturally and Linguistically Diverse groups
  • Team up to engage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in meaningful ways, connecting them with youth, health, and support services that truly work.
  • Hit the program’s data targets, staying on top of all the necessary stats, and ensuring compliance while delivering great service!
  • Build strong links with GPs, area health services, NGOs, and other health pros to create a solid network of support for those needing extra mental health care.
  • Embrace the future of healthcare by delivering services through cutting-edge tech like Telehealth—bringing care to wherever it’s needed!
  • Get involved in multidisciplinary clinical team meetings—working with other clinical staff to boost the use of evidence-based interventions for mental health.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or other allied health discipline recognised by the tertiary mental health sector
  • Current registration with the Australian Health practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) ,Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or relevant Professional body
  • Experience or a keen interest in delivering a range of evidence-based treatments for people with mental illness, especially when it comes to behavioural and CBT interventions—you’ve got the skills to make an impact!
  • Comfortable with clinical software: You know your way around electronic client records and use tech to streamline your work.
  • Tech-savvy and open to new ways of delivering care, like embracing Telehealth and providing outreach services—you’re ready to take services to the next level!
