We are looking for suitably qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our dynamic team in Bathurst, Dubbo, Albury or Wagga Wagga (Wiradjuri Country). As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you’ll work directly with NDIS participants, providing comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions that drive meaningful change in their lives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current registration and suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at the Core, Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist level as determined by the NDIS Commission.
- Experience in delivering a variety of evidence-based strategies to support people with disabilities.
- Proficiency in using emerging technologies to deliver services and maintain electronic clinical records.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage your caseload effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse professionals and stakeholders.
