We’re on the hunt for an inspiring Allied Health Professional to take the reins as our Team Lead – Allied Health in Albury, NSW (Wiradjuri Country). Full time and Part time options will be considered.

As the Team Lead, you’ll bring your leadership expertise to the table, guiding and inspiring our amazing team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists within the dynamic Allied Health Portfolio. You’ll be the force that empowers our multidisciplinary crew to collaborate, thrive, and deliver top-tier, person-centered outcomes that truly make an impact. What will you do?

  • Support the Portfolio Manager to lead and inspire our Allied Health crew, ensuring top-notch service delivery. You’ll be at the helm for client allocation, waitlist management, risk management, staff support, and acting as the go-to point for escalations.
  • Keep an eye on the pulse – monitor and ensure our team hits those key performance indicators (KPIs) like a pro!
  • Bring your clinical expertise to life by delivering services to clients, tailored to your specialty
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and other service providers, including government and non-government agencies, to create ongoing partnerships.
  • Lead the charge in fostering student placements, helping the next generation of Allied Health professionals grow.
  • Facilitate and provide clinical supervision, collaborating with other clinical support teams to level up the whole squad.

What do you need?

  • A recognised qualification and loads of experience in your field – whether you’re an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Psychologist, or any other Allied Health professional
  • People management and leadership skills – if you’ve got experience supporting, guiding, and empowering Allied Health staff or students to deliver strong, person-centered outcomes, then you’re our kind of leader!
  • Experience in leading teams to reach and achieve organisational KPI’s
  • A passion for working with people with disabilities, always putting them at the centre of your approach.
  • An understanding of how Allied Health services work under NDIS or similar fee-for-service models, so you can make it happen with style.
  • Top-tier problem-solving skills and the ability to keep things rolling smoothly across a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse portfolio.
