The aim of the Medical Outreach Indigenous Chronic Disease Program (MOICDP) is to improve access for Indigenous patients in regional and rural communities to medical specialist services, by supporting Medical Specialists and Allied Health providers to provide outreach services within existing Indigenous Health Services.
