We work in partnership with First Nations people, communities, and organisations to design, create and deliver services that focus on the physical, social, emotional, cultural, and spiritual wellbeing, for both the individual and the community.

Bathurst Indigenous Eyecare Pathway

Our eyesight naturally deteriorates over time, but First Nations people over the age of 40 years have six times the rates of blindness than other Australians. However, 90% of vision loss in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples is preventable, or treatable!

Living with a chronic condition requires a range of treatments to support you to live the life you want to live. The Bathurst Indigenous Chronic Disease Clinic (ICD) allows you to access the support you need, all under the one roof.

Outreach chronic disease services

The Medical Outreach Indigenous Chronic Disease program (MOICDP) supports medical specialists and allied health providers to deliver health and wellbeing services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in regional areas.
